"Go to a different place this place doesn’t know and take responsibility for what they say I have been waiting for 4 hours to see a doctor and they said they can’t see me now it has to be the same doctor I seen so they are all fuk up over here if you are starting new here go somewhere else have a great day"
"This place has always had unprofessional staff and case management was absolutely horrible and rude. For some reason cope thinks dealing with the case manager for refills and issues with meds is a great idea instead of the provider medical assistant. Messages were always relayed to provider incorrectly and too many people to deal with just for medication issues. They never put notes regarding med issues in chart so everyone could be on the same page. The provider will not respond to certain questions in between appts and neither will case manager, they seem to think if it's not important then no need to communicate. Also provider is always booked up for months and only works via telehealth in cope 3 days a week. They neglect their patients and if you become concerned or keep calling since they won't return calls, they become incredibly rude and have a just deal with it attitude or say things like the provider can do whatever he wishes even if that means not having your medication for a few days. I guess this place thinks patients don't have rights. Disgusting and it needs to be shut down."
"This is the most poorly run clinic I have ever dealt with. The office is poorly organized and the Doctors are overbooked. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with my doctor for issues with medication etc. and have always been told to “call back tomorrow at 6am”. Do yourself a favor, and find a different clinic if you can."
"I love everyone I’ve met there. The staff are extremely kind, very Supportive and nonjudgmental. My grief counselor is amazing but they have so many other programs with great people also. Glad I found it bc CODAC looked scary"
"Unprofessional! Pros: This office is very nice and conveniently located. Hence the reason for 2 stars and not 1. Cons: The front desk staff is very unprofessional. They sit there gossiping and texting while you stand there. I had to go up to the desk several times before being waited on. The staff going in and out of the office act like they don't want to be there. Very lazy behavior. At my intake appointment, I was asked a few questions and told that I needed to return in a week for an intake appointment. What? Why did I have to return to do the same thing? Prior to leaving I asked if I had any paperwork to complete so I could have it ready for my next appointment. I was told there would be no paperwork. Unfortunately, I arrived at my next appointment and low and behold this lady hands me a complete packet of forms to complete. How in considerate. Especially for those of us that are physically disabled. I was so upset because I was blind sided. In addition, three people were at the front desk going on and chit-chatting about absolutely nothing. I want you to know that if you do decide to utilize the services at this location then be prepare for unprofessional individuals that will blind side you with a ton of paperwork. In addition, you will wait longer than your allotted time for no reason as well. I wasn't even assigned a particular person. I had to watch the intake person go around asking if someone was available to do an intake on me. Ugh... so frustrated!"
