"Front desk is really friendly! I saw Melanie Sweeney who took time to discuss my concerns and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Would highly recommend"
"Dr Zarkoob was very professional, well-informed, and thorough in her questions and concerns. She proposed new advice for my issues and will follow-through with lab tests. She was great!"
"The receptionist Lu was very nice and helpful She always has a smile MA Simone is super nice , personable and very sweet. I just love her and Dr Zarkoob! Dr Zarkoob is very nice and listens to all my problems and helps me come up with a plan to get better. The clinic is very clean and well organized."
"Every staff member is very professional, kind, attentive and thorough. Very easy to be seen at your convenience as they offer video chat with the Dr. I have transportation issues and they make it extremely easy to be seen. I've even received call backs from the on call Dr. just to make sure I was feeling ok and everything was taken care of."
"Edit as of 2/5/24 - I was prompted to call the office as there was a scheduling conflict with an appointment that was set for a year ago. How is that even possible?Anyway, I called and got a person with such a thick accent I could not hardly understand them. I suspect Village Medical has farmed out the process now to cheaper overseas labor. So now it seems just like every other clinic, they can keep a good practitioner. My excitement has crashed on the rocks of disappointment. Time to look for another clinic. First time patient. I was excited to see a clinic open up in Walgreens that was more than the a minor clinic like CVS. I was even more pleased setting an appointment. There was so much availability and not into next month! Before arriving, I was prompted to check in online and fill out the patient info as well. I prefer this method. Each practitioner has a profile on line. I really liked that. It gave them a sense of humanity. The appointment was smooth and informative, I have a couple of referrals but that's the nature of my insurance. They are complicated. However, I have every bit of confidence that the other services I will need can be taken care of in office. Speaking of the office, the location was clean bright and welcoming. The employees were nice and also warm hearted. The practitioner I seen was knowledgeable, patient and had a professional aire about her. I felt as though I was not just another patient. My visit was not of a matter of urgency, but another patient had issues greater than mine. I felt very good about her going and helping the other patient even though we had started my session. This felt very good that the person needing more than me was helped. This showed me that we are all important and I know she would have done the same for me if I needed the support. I normally do not give 5 stars ever, because there is room for improvement always. And there is with this practices location. A lobby bathroom would be very appreciated. All in all, I hope that these new health care facilities stay around. And the practitioners also stay. I've lived in Tucson for 22 years and have yet to see the same provider more than twice. We are so deficient in health care providers and the ones that we do have are so overwhelmed. The photos are just of the lobby, I did not want to capture someone or any information that is private."
