"I have been taking my son for a few years here. They’re okay, but not 5 stars. First the office staff are a hit or miss when it comes to friendless. The techs or nurses were too fluffy with my son. They behave like they live in a joy bubble and neglected to put my son’s needs first which include special needs. Doctors are kind but when it comes to Christian beliefs with their recommendations they are not knowledgeable. They were not knowledgeable in recommendations for behavioral therapy. They recommend ABA because it has become the only therapy being recommended, but I found things out about ABA that aren’t good. They need to educate themselves in what they’re being told is good and they should already know that if they are born again. The doctor said she thinks every person should have a counselor , but how is any of this Christian? They don’t go deep when it comes to their consecration in the Lord. No patient prayer offered here and whole lot of psychology here."

"I take all three of my boys there and they are great. Always easy to get in. All the doctors are very nice. All of the staff is very pleasant. Good people and great location."

"My daughter's been going here for almost 10 years. We missed 2 appointments within a year window due to her mother's number being added to the account. Adding her number replaced my number without us knowing causing a miscommunication and missed appointments. We have split households and we both would like to recieve notifications. They sent a letter saying she could no longer be seen here, no call to us about missed appointments or anything. I called about the issue and was told I had to set up a meeting with the office manager. I did and was told I had to come in at 6:30 am to speak with him. It's a good 25 minute drive from my house these days. My daughter's been through enough changes with the split household this year so I went with intention to clear up the simple miscommunication. When arriving after explaining the issue and saying the problem could be avoided by simply keeping both numbers on file I was told bluntly they cannot keep 2 numbers on file and will not reinstate my daughter since our personal issues dont seem to be resolved. Grated there is no drama or anything going on both parents just want to recieve notification of appointments. So I would avoid going here. It's another one of those places that operates in a way that makes you feel less than human and adds just a bit more negativity to the world."

"LOVE LOVE this pediatrics clinic! They seriously go far and beyond for all your kids needs! All my children had a fantastic experience! And us being military moving over seas they worked diligently to make sure we had all medical paper work ready! All my children say this has been there favorite “Dr. Clinic” to go. I also got to meet with all Drs, PA, RN and my kids love them all. Front office was always friendly and very helpful as well. When we come back home we will definitely go back to them."

"Friends to children parents not so much. I was greeted rudely over the phone. Doctor really didn't seem to have much time to stick around. She did answer a few questions then promised a sticker that was never seen which led to an all day fit but otherwise doctor was alright at best.Reception should really reconsider their position. Very unfriendly way to start a relationship with a new patient. I will not be bringing my child back here. Looking for a good friendly welcoming family like pediatrician that could stick with us in the long run. Not this"
