The appointment set up for emergency dental was a quick and easy process. I had a wisdom tooth pulled today and it was a fast and easy process. From beginning to end. Dr. Lauer and his assistant were fantastic! I will be returning here! He did everything to ensure my wisdom tooth got removed without having to go to an oral surgeon.. I thank him and his assistant from the bottom of my heart for giving me a great and comforting experience ❤️"

"During a medical appointment I mentioned that a filling had fallen out and was told the dental clinic would reach out to me which they did not do. Weeks later when I followed up, the dental clinic informed me the medical side made no notes of my needing dental work and there's only a one hour window on Mon mornings for new patients. During open enrollment I transferred my Medicare to this doctor and clinic and find myself wondering if I made a bad choice..."

"They sent me home with NOTHING after telling me my gums were irritated and I needed a root canal, that I have to wait 4 weeks for from a place they referred me to! Quality of service has definitely gone down hill these past few years. If you have ACCHS, they definitely know how to use your insurance to their advantage."

"Upon trying to talk to people not just about my best friend who was late to a dentist appointment but for all those who suffer being late to Dentist appointments or appointments in general thanks to their ahcccs medical transport I was cut off told that what I had to say wasn’t very important and that it’s their policy to cancel and reschedule after a mere 15 minutes of being late and after a couple times of this guess what you can’t go there any more!!! So who's the victim here these so called providers who are taking their sweet loving time to rush through appointments we make to see them or us the patient who go through so many damn steps just to see someone who takes forever to come see you or the fact that they rush you through appointments any way"

"Beautiful, new El Rio facility. Went in for a same day appointment in pediatrics because our son broke a bone. Less than 10 min waiting time, and everyone was very friendly and helpful - from the nurses, doctors and the X-ray technicians. Highly recommend! It’s so nice to have an El Rio location that’s in central Tucson!"
