"The practitioner I saw was very good & answered my questions. She treated me well and took care of my needs. The receptionist was not very friendly & I felt she was rude. She charged me more than my insurance copay rate. She did refund the difference when I gave her my insurance card."

"I wish I could give a 1/2 star... or less. My husband had an appointment at 1PM on a Friday in Green Valley. We live in Tubac and need to get through the Boarder Patrol station to go anywhere north of here. Unfortunately, there was a back up at the station. My husband called "Specialists in Dermatology" and requested to speak with the Green Valley office. The answering service stated "all calls go through them" and informed him that there was a 10 minute grace period and that they would notify the office. The answering service told him that if he arrived within that window, he could keep the appointment with no issues. He arrived at 1:06 PM at the Green Valley office, at which time he was informed that the Green Valley office only had a 5 minute grace period. The doctor would not see him. The front desk clerk then stated he could come back for an appointment at 3 PM. I understand that a doctor's time is valuable, then again, so is my time and so is my husband's. There are times when circumstances are beyond our control, this is one. Had the lady allowed my husband to speak with the GV office, it would certainly have saved nearly two hours of our time and the 30 minutes of theirs. We would have happily rescheduled for the 3PM time slot had anyone bothered to tell us we could not keep our original appointment being 6 minutes late. What an unprofessional lack of communication. I can only assume that other aspects of this organization are equally unprofessional."

"Pleasant and clean office. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Making an appointment using their online modern appointment system was super easy and straight forward as well. This place is modern too. The waiting room was bright and and the patient room was too. Overall, was a really positive experience, but your mileage may vary. I only had a simple visit. But it looks like they can handle a larger variety of issues from acme to skin cancer. I would recommend you do a thorough review. Also it seems like they require a referral based upon your insurance, so be prepared. As they say, know before you go."
