"Doctors are nice the staff can't even pick up a damn phone call"

"I was having major issues with my thyroid and hormones! I waited 3 months for my appointment for them to tell me something I already knew and that they couldn’t help me anymore. Anytime you call they will answer and hang up on you. Bunch of lazy, money stealing people."

"Be prepared to fight with them every few months about prescriptions as it seems they make it a habit of ignoring patients refill requests for over a week and then leaving the office. As medical “professionals” you’d think they’d know the seriousness of missing doses but it’s clear they could care less. They don’t reply to messages either so communication is limited to whether of not your message is transferred. And even at that 9/10 they ignore it. I found another provider after over 5 years of reminding them to do their job."

"Ernie Foxx, PA is really great. I give him 5 stars. Most of the staff is friendly access professional. There's just one that I've found is inherently rude. The main reason I'm just giving 3 stars, is in contacting them. It's nearly impossible to actually get someone to answer calls, or if you leave a message, to call you back. Every time I've had to contact them, I have a problem. They've got at least 2 locations, but as far as I can tell, just one of them is the main contact."
