"Anazingly thorough clinician. Just wish the wait could less than two hours."

"I have been with Dr. Juodakis for many years, she's my only option through my insurance company. Despite always having to wait at least an hour and a half, her service has been fine. The problem is that she employs the rudest, most disrespectful staff I've ever encountered. I feel stuck since I don't have any other insurance options but I can't deal with the hostility and disrespect every time I have a health issue."

"I went into Dr. Juodakis' clinic primarily for an ear infection and to get a referral (in June of 2013). Dr. Juodakis' "service" was a huge pain in the butt for me. On the day of the appointment, it took nearly 2 hours before I got to see the doctor -- and this was in the morning. After the wait, she basically checked my ear, went "bleh" and referred me to an ENT. She also offered an STD screen and blood work, so I said why not. Worst. Mistake. Ever. I got a huge bill from the company she uses for blood work. It was first over $1000, but by some miracle got reduced to $167, which is still a lot of money which I doubt I will be able to remove. Additionally, the package she ordered from the company was completely unnecessary -- a cholesterol test including PSA levels and vitamin D test for an otherwise healthy 23 year-old male, whose only problem was an ear infection. Needless to say, I believe Dr. Juodakis is scamming anybody who isn't on Medicare. Don't use this doctor. Upon reading other users comments, they have had similar experiences -- horribly cramped office, very long wait times, unfriendly staff. Edit: 12 months later I am still receiving bills for blood work. Do not use this doctor, period."

"This is the worst doctor visit I ever experienced and in the end, didn't even see the doctor. My appointment was 3pm. I left work early to make it there, even called to inform them I would be late, and proceeded to wait 2 hours to get into the room. Every other woman sitting in the waiting room said this is typical of this office, but she is really great. So I waited. And I waited. I asked the gal at the front desk about how much longer, trying to gauge, and was told another half hour. It then came to my attention that while I was originally told this visit would involve drawing blood, I was never told that I needed to go before hand, Monday through Thursday before noon, to get said blood drawn. What exactly is this first appointment for then, I asked. To set up a care plan. Isn't that partly why I am releasing my medical history to you? So you can sit down and read it and set up a care plan via that and talking to me a little bit? All I really wanted was a prescription refill and to get my yearly done. But wait, it gets better. When the doctor finally appeared out of thin air, one of the nurses said something to her about the patient in room two. Mind you, the door was still open. With that the doctor proceeded to say "Well, I can't talk any faster" in a snide tone. And with that, I walked out. How unprofessional!!!! I am shocked this woman has a waiting room packed with people who routinely sit and wait for two hours past their appointment time. How ridiculous. Too bad I can't charge the doctors office a fee for shitty service. Don't go here. Don't waste your time. It takes forever to get an appointment anyways..."
