"Absolutely disgusting. A friend of mine who is a veteran and served this country was violated in one of the worst ways possible by employees of this facility. My friend accidentally left her journal in the waiting room which was found by another patient and turned into the front desk. Tell me why these three employees, not one but three, took this personal notebook and felt that it was acceptable to read a patient’s private diary. When my friend went back to get her journal, she walked in on them reading it and laughing at her trauma!!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Therapy should provide help not additional trauma."
"My first appointment with Dr. Sawisky was good, then after the exam you need to deal with his assistant Samanth that lie about calling you and leaving you a message 'as cellphones don't record that'. Also waiting forever to leave a exam sample that should be only a drop off because no one cares about your time or know what to do. So basically, always a bad experience to deal with staff there."
"I was notified my provider was leaving the practice. When I called to schedule an appointment with a new provider, they scheduled me for a telehealth appointment and I told them I needed someone to take over prescribing my blood pressure medication. I rearranged my schedule and took the first available appointment, which was a couple weeks away. The day of my appointment, the medical assistant called me and told me the NP they assigned me to wouldn't be seeing me over telehealth nor renewing my prescription and required I come in for an in-person visit. The first available appointment wasn't for nearly another month. I asked if they would bridge my medication, which isn't even a controlled substance, and they told me no. I quickly called another provider, got a same day appointment, and a prescription renewal. My family and I will not be returning to MHC."
"Unfortunately my therapist Rocio Angulo or Rocio Fonseca (not sure if they are the same) does not care and provided me with dishonest information. She said I could call her between our appointments. The last several weeks did not return any of my phone calls. Why make a client waste their time? Why she did not acknowledge this? If a client is there is because a client needs services. This adds to client’s feelings of rejection, abandonment, pain, hurt, sadness, etc. At some point she said she could not even answer my emails. This needs to be told from the beginning. I am not sure she was being honest. She said due to confidentiality could not even answered them but they sent me automatic emails and texts with appointment reminders. Rocio needs to be careful of how her actions and potential lies affect clients."
"If you love waiting at least 50 minutes after your scheduled appointment this is the place for you. This office is unorganized and does not communicate effectively. I cannot wait to switch to another doctor! Steer clear away..."
