Again, I waited barely anytime & was treated to a bottle of water, a very pleasant receptionist & great nurse practitioner."

I will continue to go to where Dr Graham is in the future as he seems like an excellent primary care physician. "Service itself was fine. However I was instructed to arrive at 12:40 for a 1:00 appointment. When arrived the door was locked and no one was available inside to open the door. There was no sign or indication that the office was closed for lunch. Several other patients also arrived to find the office closed with no indication why. When called the number on the office website the answering service people also attempted to contact someone without success. They eventually stated that the office was closed for lunch and we should wait. This was a negative impact towards my impression of the office. When the office was opened at 1:05 without any apology for the delay only that everyone deserved their lunch."
