"Very nice office. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming. The nurse was also professional and friendly. The nurse practitioner was very professional, but had an abruptness to her. I would definitely go back, but knowing that if I see the nurse practitioner, there will be not be a lot of empathy."

"Our experience is good. I called at once but have to leave a message because the front desk was unavailable. I am glad that they called me after few hour. I set the appointment for 6:15 pm. We arrived at 6: 20pm. We were catered at the front desk right away but have to wait for our turn to be checked. The attending nurses were very friendly. I am just expecting for more examination to be done with our 5 year old daughter. But it turned out to be just a quick check up. The attending person just checked her ears and lungs then the temperature and that’s all. What made me frustrated is that we didn’t get the prescription from the Pharmacy. We went there but the Pharmacist said our prescription is not yet forwarded. I have to wait for tomorrow to have it. So far so good! Everything is well."

"I made an appointment for 10 AM and was in a room by 10:05. Fastest service I’ve seen in a very long time. The office is very clean and aesthetic, which makes you feel welcomed which is important when you’re not feeling well. NP and nurses were very professional made me feel comfortable. I am very satisfied. I will no longer be going to any other urgent medical office and will come here from now on."
