"I have NEVER seen a dr there I see Danelle who is very helpful but not the dr. I asked to See a dr and they said they would call me back. Well they never did. I want to See a dr. I have coughed forever at night. I have seen them for years and it’s still not resolved. Now saying this makes me wonder why I haven’t gone else where. This is a bad bad set up when you never see a dr."

"This is definitely not the place to make an appointment if your are suffering from copd. I called, faxed them a referral, faxed a copy of the xray, and called back several times. I wasted 4 days waiting for them to tell me the earliest appointment was may 27th. Today is March 18th, that's well over 2 months away. Meanwhile I've explained I have severe copd, my second bout with pnuemonia in 3 months, and chronic valley fever. I'm waiting because I am a new patient."

"I like Dr Kakish so very much and his medical assistant Nubia are the Best Team Ever! I am there twice a month for my injections so I often observe. The front office girls are doing much better. They just need to smile more often. This is a very busy office with caring Drs and medical staff members!"

"I was referred to this place by my primary care physician and couldnt even get an appointment set with their inept staff. Its been 1 month since my initial call and I kept getting the run around and told excuse after pathetic excuse of why I couldn't even schedule an appointment. Between the unreturned phone calls, being transferred what seemed to be an infinite amount of times while having to explain my situation to each person I was transferred to and being told they never received the multiple referrals and records sent from my Primary Physicians office, Ive finally given up. For all I know the doctors could be fantastic but their staff is utterly ridiculous and completely unprofessional. In my 30+ years of heart and lung issues I have never witnessed anything even remotely close to this level of unprofessional insanity."
