"I went in March for a potential double nail infection on both of my big toes. The practicioner told me "that sounds like an infection but it's not infected enough now for me to give you antibiotics". She also saw I had a referral to a podiatrist for a tendonitis issue & suggested I go to that doctor & lie about the inflamed/infected toe nails & say it's related to my tendonitis. I had to get medication elsewhere & am still growing out the damaged nail from the infection she wouldn't treat me for. I wouldn't go here unless you're going for a physical. I can't believe CVS would be so against prescribing antibiotics or an anti fungal medicine to have me lie to another doctor so I wasn't their problem."

"I was so relieved because I was able to schedule an appointment for today at 4:10, which fit perfectly in my break between two clients. However, it is now 5:03 and I have yet to be seen and my next client is at 5:30. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! There is one doctor working, the woman ahead of me has been in the room for almost an hour, and there are 2 men in the waiting room who have also been waiting a very long time. Minute clinic needs to add more doctors, and/or provide more basic services. I see that they also offer sleep assessments, diabetic care, and I think eye exams of some sort because the woman ahead of me was also doing an eye exam. If they're going to offer comprehensive exams, they need more doctors because this is ridiculous. Minute clinic is supposed to be fast, hence the name!"

"I should have clearly listened to these reviews before even considering this place but I was in desperate need of the services for another individual. When I booked this appointment they did not specify the person who needed the services needed to be 18 with parental consent. AZ state laws do not require a person to be 18+ or have parental consent to obtain these services so if this was a CVS policy it should have been clearly stated upon booking this appointment instead of wasting my time, fuel and energy!! This was a deceptive and wrong thing to do to someone seeking these services. It was embarrassing and I will never return to use ANY service at this facility!! CVS if you are going to make your own medical policies instead of following state laws then you should clearly state that when people book an appointment and give you all their info on what they're looking for. FAIL!"

"I had a wonderful experience with a great Nurse Prac named Pearl. Loved her!! Also saw a second one named Cecilia, she was great too. I felt very sorry for them, that there clinic rooms had the A/C. Shame on whoever the management is, this needs to be resolved. In the very least management could supply them with water. Definitely going to write a message to Corporate."

"I now know to stay away from this place thanks to Dr.Caldron. I went in thinking I had strep and pink eye, not know my insurance had expired she's starts going through my medication and when she got to brain tumor medication I quote "isn't that to expensive" like I have a option on a much needed medication she made everything about price saying this appointment will be to expensive for me and if I can afford what I am already taking . I already stated I was going to pay out of pocket for this appointment and she immediately starts telling me I should go to marana urgent care! I told her no am fine am only here for my eyes and throat, but she proceeded to write down the. Address and discuss direction. With out even asking made the assumption that I didn't have a job since I didn't have insurance at the time. I have never met such a rude and Arrogant doctor before. Save your time and money and go to someone who cares and actually wants to work."
