"After a mental breakdown ( so sick of COVID) I made an appointment for counseling. Once I submitted my paperwork, they stopped communicating. Not answering phone calls, nor emails, and no zoom information sent. It's minutes before my appointment and cant get a hold of anyone. Good thing mental health isn't important or their clients would be in trouble."
"Terrible! My sister is much in need of help. Waited for appt , about 6 wks. They called and canceled her appt 1 day notice. I can’t believe they don’t have a back up dr. That could have taken the drs place. It’s Friday. And a wk end holiday. And they leave her with no place to go. This is not a place that cares about ppl. This could end badly for my Sis and my family. Awful you just leave ppl like this."
"This place is an all-inclusive mental health and substance abuse facility. They do assessments and have a plethora services available to treat and maintainany mental health or substance abuse needs including counseling therapy and medical treatment. They accept ACHHS and many other health plans for services rendered. there are several locations spread throughout the Tucson area that are available for your convenience. They have board-certified physicians, counselors and the therapist on staff. if you are having any troubles problems or needs that require medical attention immediate intervention or just guidance in life in general, this facility is one stop shopping with a facility that's clean, private and friendly. they have been a institution in Tucson for many years and have a proven track record for effective management of the our community's needs for mental health services. Highly recommended. I encourage you to take initiative to get help if you need it. Reach out to somebody and if you don't know who this is the place to start."
"I went here twice and I hope not to have to go again. Not because of a bad experience. I’m going to get surgery. The ladies there are wonderful and understanding. There was a inconvenience but it was figured out in a quick moment. I wasn’t called that my appointment was rescheduled with my psychiatrist. And I drove an hour for that day. Like I said it was fixed I waited till 2pm. Lucky for me I could go to sleep since I just had gotten out of work at 6am and my original appointment was at 9am. I appreciate your help and time ladies from today ☺️ 11/15/19 green valley az"
"If I could give zero stars I would. The people that work at COPE are by far the most incompetent individuals in Arizona. I signed 11 different releases to get my medical records sent to me. The whole process took two and a half months. They told me they mailed them seven weeks ago and lied to me repeatedly. I left a voicemail for the clinical manager and she never returned my call. I don't understand how this business can continue to operate in such a disorganized manner. In addition, they don't perform real assessments of any type. Anyone that walks through the door would be recommended to take a class of some sort, even if they don't need it.They do this so they can bill insurance and try to turn a profit. That being said, I wish their business practices were ethical. Perhaps they should take a Business Ethics course. On a positive note, everyone did seem nice; however, nice doesn't cut it."
