"Had called prior to make an appointment . Was told that it was walk in availability’s only and that an appointment was not needed. Double checked with the lady if she’s sure and that if I come in without an appointment I would be seen. She reassured me and said yes, there is availability’s for that day and to just walk in. Drove such a long way just to get told I needed an appointment. Very horrible rude staff. Tried to speak to a manager but she was apparently not there. Please hire someone who will not misinform patients. I’m sure I’m not the first that this has happened to and it is very upsetting to see how unprofessional my own Tribes health clinic runs. My health and everyone else’s is very important just for this clinic to be so careless."

"Nice place always clean"
"Called several months ago to get in as a new patient. I was told I would get a call back later that week to schedule a new patient appointment. Several months later they called back to schedule that appointment. I asked them why it took so long to call back, they blamed covid. I told them that was a poor excuse to wait so long to respond to my initial call. I told them their ship already sailed. Don't need a doctors office to wait several months just to call me back to make an appointment. They could have called me back that first week and said that due to covid that could not schedule an appointment right away and that they would call back at a later date to schedule an appointment. I would have been okay with that. You don't get to leave me hanging for months. But such is the state of our healthcare providers these days."
