"This clinic is a joke. Every month it is the same 1pm appointment & not seen until 3 or after. Dr Valpiani has the personality of a dead fish. Does not listen to the patient. It is a pill mill. Must show up to get script. When a patient begins to express concern about anything, you get the rehearsed ‘there is a pill shortage’ be happy you get anything at all. It is an insurance racket. Go elsewhere I beg you!!!!"

"Both Dr. Valpiani and his staff are great!! A few years ago I was treated rudely by a staff member. Rather than stewing about it or giving the office a bad review, I spoke to the Dr. about it. Problem solved! That person wasn't in the office on my next appt. The only time I have EVER heard Dr. Valpiani even raise his voice was when someone was being rude to, or trying to argue with his staff!! Dr. V listens to you. Will you always like his suggested treatment plan? Perhaps not. Will you always like the kind and amount of meds (if any) prescribed to you? Again, perhaps not. What you will get is a Dr who cares, who is very knowledgeable, and is just trying to follow the law."
