"This place is a joke. You might as well call the police for whatever situation it is that led you to consider this awful place. We needed these losers a WEEK ago, so tell me why I've found myself sitting next to my grandmother while she's in the ICU after being airlifted to Vegas because she overdosed, and Terros deemed her not a threat to herself. Thanks for absolutely nothing you useless organization."
"I am astounded that this is the organization that KRMC depends on to make adequate and responsible mental health decisions. I called these people a week ago at 3am to do an emergency assessment on my mother, due to her being a threat to herself and having thoughts of self harm. First off they deemed her NOT to be a threat to herself, because she denied it.... OF COURSE SHE'S GOING TO DENY IT, THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE NORMALLY DO! Secondly, one of the workers said to me, "You know it's not illegal to be crazy right?!?!" Thank you caption obvious for that profound observation! That's why I called Terros and not the police! Why would it have been so hard to give her the help that she needed? Would it have hurt you? Would it have cost you anything? No! Well so much for not being a threat to herself...... my mother overdosed Thursday March 14th and was air lifted to Sunrise. Good job and keep up the good work!"
"Terros was called on me by my mother who was in a fight with my father. While on the phone with Terros they refused to call the police or send someone out when my parents started hitting and yelling at one another. Rita could hear all this and refused. I will be going in person to terros, requesting records, and filing a formal complaint with ADofH and congress. This was an entirely wrong situation to have happened. I was in danger! Terros needs a reality check!"
"They dont help you they tell the hospital to call people on you when have a baby and call people and they tell lies about you on phone and In person"
"These people don't help you with mental health emergencies they call the local police. There is no mobile crisis team that comes to help even the police that showed up told me that Terros never sends out a crisis team. What a joke, I could have called 911 myself. I'm sorry I had to give this place 1 star just to leave my review"
