"Don't use them. You'll regret it. Terrible craftsmanship and the owner doesn't care. 25k job looks like an absolute mess. Use anyone else. I am surprised they're still in business with the owner's response to our concerns. Had to almost force him out of our home. Installers were smoking in my garage. Update to owners response: They did not try and contact us for any repairs. Joe argued at every turn during inspection and has made ZERO attempts to make this right. He had no intention of making any repairs and frankly didn't care. He was offensive and I had to ask him more than once to leave our home. Every piece of laminated closet (the entire house) was cut with a dull router bit and has chipped, sharp jagged edges. Every shelf is cut short in depth. They do this to achieve three shelves per sheet, (huge cost savings for them) resulting in short cut shelves throughout and terrible craftsmanship. We have missing parts for the jewelry drawers in three closets and shelves that had corner damage strategically placed to hide the damage, unless you removed every shelf for inspection. The paint is our responsibility and not the problem. Service and warranty are only as good as the company behind them. The photo shows one drawer that represents the entire project. "5 stars all around. Quick call back, closet designer heard the need and quickly sketch a design that had all my needs, they are very good at following up and are timely. When they came for measurements I had some questions and made some changes, those were quickly integrated. Scheduling dept was detail in their instructions. Installers arrived on time and work diligently. They were polite and clean up once their work was completed. Billing dept made sure I was satisfied and then charged me. I mean they are truly a well oiled machine. The price was reasonable and the outcome was everything I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again. Thanks again team for making the whole experience easy. I absolutely love my closet!"
