"The front desk girls were extremely rude, unhelpful. Could careless about the patent or resolving any issues basically told us were screwed until we pushed the matter for how poorly we were being treated. The front desk ladies were dressed like they just rolled out of bed tacky and unprofessional for a doctor's office especially since they are the first people you come in contact with at this facility makes you worried how clean and sanitary the place is and staff for a first impression. They don't stand by their 24 hour policy of canceling or rescheduling an appointment wether your local or come from out of town/state. The manager Amanda is awesome, very helpful. She and the girls in the back were very kind."
