"Terrible ! Being a patient of lakeside spine I was referred there. My appointment was set via phone for 3pm and to arrive 15 min early. This was logged into my calendar during the conversation as i do all appts. After arriving and driving around the block twice trying to locate it because it had no signs on the building.and not seeing the street sign, We proceeded in and it's 7min till 3pm They tried to tell me I needed to be there at 2pm for new patients and information to be filled out. As I stated to her I was not new, and I am in the system. She then looked and said "oh there you are" as we walked away the other girl at the counter called us up b4 being seated and said we need to reschedule because our appointment was at 2:30. They can't seem to get it straight at the counter either. I said I drove 90 minutes to get here and not gonna reschedule. Her response was ''Ok". Not a care in the world. It seems I'm not the only one unhappy after reading the reviews."

"How many times will they pay employees to stuff an envelope with some random, discounted "consultation" bill for an office visit into the mail expecting me to whip out my band card like a confused, doped up 80 year old they are used to taking advantage of, and pay a rate of $1,800/hr for a doctor to talk to me in person? If you can get them to return a phone call, or even answer, I'd be thoroughly impressed. The young women who work as hourly paid clerks at the desk look at you like they are lost as you walk in. No greeting, hardly any eye contact. I am not sure they understand or even care what customer service means. The medical care the facility provided me was great! Top notch! Except everything we discussed was paid for in cash and approved prior to any procedure taking place. A week after my MRI review visit I received some random email claiming I owed them another $632 for sitting and talking with another human for 20 minutes. None of these doctors rate $1800/hr. I don't care how long you spent in school, your rates are very laughable. It's no secret we all know the entire medical industry is corrupt and prices are inflated, but god dam you guys gotta be joking. After I responded to the $632 bill as impolitely as possible, they have since discounted it to $210.....That's exactly $210 they still are not going to milk from me. I am thankful I am not someone's sweet, fraile grandmother getting taken advantage of by the policies and billing operatons of this business."

"ZERO STARS I have been treated for pain over a year in Fargo, ND. Went through therapy, chiropractor, back and SI injections, finally hip injections. Hip replacement was recommended, because hip injection, unable to do surgery before coming to AZ for winter. Made appt. with Lakeside Orthopedics and was instructed to bring records from Fargo, ND. Dr. Barnes (Lakeside) ordered X-Rays then ordered therapy, not even willing to look at my records, said appt for therapy would be made. 6 weeks later... no appt call, no therapy, pain on-going. Guess, I will have to suffer until returning home in April. As stated in previous reviews, they don't answer the phone, but if you leave a message they may return your call in 3-4 days, RECOMMEND....stay away!!!!!"

"So I had an appointment for the 24th of January then I was chanced to 27th of January, the on the 17th of January I got a call to change AGAIN to 7:30 on the 27th. I could not make that so I was told next appointment will be 27th of FEBRUARY. Told them to cancel completely. I'll spend my money getting Competent care elsewhere."

"So the Hospital referred us there, but do yourself a favor and avoid them! We called all morning trying to get ahold of them as the hospital instructed us to get in ASAP, to see if surgery was going to be required. With no luck of anyone picking up the phone, I drove down there and to my surprise there wasn’t a single patient in there. The gal Hailey says how can I help? I’m like well you guys could start by answering your phone. Then she has an attitude with me!! Says it would be 5 days until they could get my wife in."
