"Could never get refills. If I was out of a medicine and the pharmacy called nobody returned the call. Could never get appointment with primary care doctor because she was never there. Diabetic staff would never address complaints outside of diabetes."
"If you're sick stay away from this place. Miss Widman is a nurse practitioner who I saw and she absolutely did nothing my only choice was to go to the ER and incur an $8000 bill between me and my insurance. She refused to do an X-ray which would cost me $90 copay. They are connected to Havasu Regional. So I spoke to the director of physician services who was going to discount my bill. That was months ago. Haven't heard from her again"
"I was there in 11/15/19 due to in ingrown toenail that was causing lots of pain and looked infected. Dr.Paul was awesome... gentle as possible, clipped it away. Yes there a flash of ouch but soon felt much better. Got a script for some antibiotics and on my way to enjoying our vacation! My wait time was about 45 min. Office staff was a 5, intake nurse was a 5 too!"
"I went to this urgent care since I had extreme back pain. The nurse who took my vitals and background was extremely nice and helpful. Nurse practitioner, on the other hand, was rude and almost annoyed that I was there. She walked in the exam room and without introducing herself or even saying a friendly hello, she said, "I'm not sure why you're here - there's not much I can do for back pain." I was so stunned I didn't say much. She didn't even really examine me - a quick feel on one part of my back. I wanted to go outside and make sure that the sign did say "urgent care!" She said she could not provide prescription for muscle relaxers or pain meds. If she can't, why is she there? Please do not come here if you have back pain - suffer through it or go to ER. My pain went away in about a week, but no thanks to this facility."
