"This is the very best Doctor in town! Smart kind and understanding to your concerns."
"She listens to her patients. When I’ve gone to see Dr. Azher she has been very thorough."
"Can I give a -10 She xrayed my ankle said nothing wrong with the ankle. Missed the 3 fractures and 2 bone chips in the ankle. 10 days later at the ER a real Dr. Just looked at the ankle without xrays and knew the ankle was dislocated and fractured Also the only way to fix my ankle was by surgery that should have been done ASAP. NOT after hobbling around for over ten days. Because you are told nothing wrong with the ankle."
"Dr. Azher never makes the visit feel rushed. She is kind and thorough. She listened to all my concerns and was very considerate. She is a compassionate provider."
"Dr. Azher was nice enough and thorough, I was even thinking of making her my PCP, but when it came to her staff and the prescription for the antibiotic that I very much needed, well the pharmacy said they never received it. This after Dr. Azher said to check with the pharmacy in about an hour. I went to the pharmacy after an hour and they didn’t have it yet. It was almost 6:00 pm so I waited until the next day. I call the pharmacy back in the morning and they still did have the script from the Doctor so I call the Doctor’s office to have them resend it and the lady on the phone told me she had confirmation that it had been sent over and she couldn’t send an order for an antibiotic twice. I wasn’t asking for a second antibiotic. I just wanted them to resend the original script. She told me to call the pharmacy in the afternoon. That they were probably just behind. So I did. The pharmacy again said they didn’t have it and told me to call the Doctor’s office back and have them call the pharmacy and they could give a verbal order. So I did. However, the Doctor’s office telephone went straight to voicemail and the mail box was full this was at 4:00 pm. I finally got through an hour later and they not only called the prescription into the wrong pharmacy, but it was the wrong medication. They called in ear drops for a sinus infection. This staff needs some training in the importance of patient care and the importance of making sure a patient gets the medication the Doctor prescribes. I used to work in Doctors offices and know a prescription can be resent as long as it’s the original script. It’s so difficult to get competent help these days. I feel sorry for the Doctor. A staff can make or brake a practice and this one is definitely in question."
