"I went to see Keegan draw about 3 weeks ago. As a new patient we talked about my condition and medications. And I gave him a list of ones that I needed refill for he said he would refill them. Well, there's 2 that I continuously call about that I'm not getting at the pharmacy. Then they told me to to call the pharmacy again. I did that and still nothing well this week I didn't call them at all and I have not heard back at all from them so. This doctor and office is not honest, attentive, caring. He has left me with no medication and no explanation as why. He did say he would refill them for me and then poof nothing!!"

"I'm a prior patient due to feeling like I was not heard about my concerns. I wasn't going to leave a review since I figured he wasn't a good fit for my needs. But, this morning I noticed on the Hearlow app the information for my medication allergies is incomplete. One allergy isn't even listed and the one that is listed doesn't have any information regarding my reaction to it. My reactions aren't life threatening serious but they do require an ER trip if I take either of them. Medication allergies need to be taken seriously especially since some people have fatal reactions to some medications."
