"THE WORST URGENT CARE EVER.. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I GOT SICK RETURNING FROM WORK AND IT IS THE SECOND TIME THEY SEND ME BACK WOTHOUT BEING SEEN. THEY CLOSED AT 9PM AND THEY STOP SEEING PATIENTS AT 6PM FIRST TIME AND 6:30 SECOND TIME .. THEN WHERE TIME YOU SHOW UP EARLY THEY CONSULT YOU , BUT MAKE YOU WAIT SEVERAL HOURS. WHEN THEY SEND YOU TO THE WAITING ROOM THEY MAKE YOU WAIT MORE TIME, THE AFTER THE SLOW DOCTOR SHOW UP THEY SEND ME WITHOUT MEDICATION I WENT TO YUMA URGENT CARE TO BE SEING BY OTHER DR. AND HE GAVE ME MEDICATION FOR A THROAT INFECTION AND TEMPERATURE.. I DON' T KNOW IF THEY ALWAYS ARE SHORT OF STAFF OR THEY JUST WORK VERY SLOW.."
"The hours say they close at 9:00p.. got there at 7:20p to be told they weren't seeing any more patients because they're "full" why call themselves an urgent care. This is the second time this has happened. They start refusing to take ill patients early on so they can make sure they're out those doors right at 9:00p. I don't know how they can even call themselves medical professionals at this point"
"The worst experience in this clinic, my 9 month old baby had a temperature for two days, but I knew that only when it reaches 100.4 do I have to go to the doctor and my two thermometers gave me 100.4 so I decided to go to this clinic 5 minutes from my house . It was 8:30 and they didn't want to serve me because they closed at 9 and they weren't enough, when there was no one in the waiting room! I asked the person at the front desk if they could at least take his temperature to see if my thermometers were correct, and go to Yuma (to wait another 5 hours for them to see him) he asked the doctor and he was left thinking, the doctor Quietly, he turns around and asks the other person who was in there with him, do you want to take his temperature? And answer yes! It was the temperature!!! A 9-month-old baby and they had to think about it, when it is supposed to be their job and because of “covid” they should have fired him since we entered but they didn't even do that! They get paid for that. They weren't going to give me the service!"
