"I have called 5 times. Left numerous messages and no response. I went into the clinic and the girl at the window was very rude. She said she sent the doctor a message. That was a week ago. No response. I have been to urgent care by target for shaking and dizziness. They tested my blood sugar and it was super low. That’s why I contacted Laughlin walk-in care. I just need blood work and I need to find out what’s going on. But I get no response. It’s very discouraging."

"I have been to this clinic on many occasions. Crystal is nice but i had a CBC done along with other tests. I had a few low a couple high and an abnormal result. I went to talk to her and she tells me im within normal range. Cleary im not . My spleen is swollen she even comments on it. My husband and i had a lab scientist go over my results and i was told to get a bunch tests done . Looks like it may be leukemia.When i ask for a new cbc i was told i had nothing to be concerened about. Yes i do. My symptoms have progressevly gotten worse over the last month. All they do is keep giving you meds i even have meds on my list i know nothing about and dont have that it says im taking. I had to call the chief executive officer at the hospital and complain. Now crystal is concered about cancer. Piss poor bedside manner."

"I got there around 1:00pm with very few people ahead of me, every patient taken back were in for about 20 to 30 minutes each. When my turn finally came, the Dr. Didn't introduce herself. I explained what I had and she looked at me blank, completely blank. It didn't even take her five minutes when she had already left the room. I walked out of there after 4pm... Very poor service. The Nurses were all nice but the doctor's costumer service is horrible and the wait absolutely ridiculous."

"Went to be seen as I am from out of town, waited as the receptionist had her back to me talking...can barely walk on my left foot. She said we dont have a walk in provider today, I ask if there is any openings she said what insurance do you have, I state I am from MN, she said well you will to go elsewhere . I state again that I am from out of town, suggestions will be nice. She states the hospital, I as where is that, she states on Bullhead City side, I state well thanks for nothing, guess I will find it myself. As a RN I do not just go to the Dr for any reason, and than to be treated like that is unacceptable ."

"walk-in clinic is a joke..door says open til 6pm, the time was 4pm, receptionist was very rude..when i asked her see how much my co-pay was, she said don't you know what it is in a very smart tone..i then informed her that when i had tried going their a few years ago they told me it was $75 but a coworker had told me it should only be $20..she said thats our office visit without insurance..i told her that i had insurance & she said she did not know & walked in back with my insurance card only to come out 10 minutes later to tell me they were no longer taking walk- in patients..really? you are a walk-in clinic & don't close for almost 2hours..this girl had the nastiest attitude..my husband & i will make sure everyone we work with knows what happened & how we were treated..and i had to give one star in order to give my review & i certainly did not want to do that."
