"My husband was going to him as well. He’d walk in, in his leathers, no chart, not knowing what he’s there for and not looking at my husbands prescriptions he’s already taking and prescribe others not realizing he shouldn’t combine these (according to our pharmacist). He had cysts on his tonsils and on another visit my husband came in and we asked him followup questions regarding the cysts, then out of tge blue with no warning “nothing” stuck a long q-tip down his nose, numbed his throat (right in front of me) and cut the cysts out, showing me the cysts all this while I’m sitting there in the room with him. I almost threw up. So many more stories but this was the icing on the cake"

"Dr. Kelly himself is overrun with patients, he has no idea who he is seeing, nor does he take the time to read the chart before he comes in. My husband has Guillain Barre and a paralyzed stomach, we saw Dr. K every month for a year and every time we went in, he had no idea of the problem or who we were. We were treated like new patients every time we went in. The lady who ran the office was foul mouthed and just an overall nasty person to the clients as well as the staff. Dr. Kelly is a nice person but not a good gastrointestinal Dr."

"Thorough treatment plans, active listeners in the clinic and Dr Kelly is one of the easiest doctors to talk to for me. He is outstanding in my opinion. Due to the thorough treatment, sometimes there is a long wait but in my opinion, it's worth it. He spends quality time with his patients and I appreciate that I am one of them!"

"I love dr charles kelly. He orders test to figures out whats wrong and way better than most drs and the staff are great i love them and they are like family and treat u like family here. He has order test for my kidney that my nephrolgist wouldnt. I recommend seeing dr charles kelly if u have any stomach issues or liver problems or just come and get check out."

"I made an appointment for June 9th. Called June 8th to reschedule. Explained how pain was to girl on phone foreign, and when I finally said I wanted to reschedule, she told me no n find someone else. She was very disrespectful , And did not want to help a senior of 69 who has had pain for 18 months n wanted help. Please no one go there. The Lord will help me through this. The medical field has simply grumbled in compassion, understanding, and kindness."
