"I thought this place was great. Went in for strep throat on thursday night, got the antibiotics i needed and it started clearing up couple days later. Service was fast, areas were clean and I thought the doctor was absolutely great."

"Will not allow me to go into room with my father who needs help recalling things and for his care. Give me a break, they have before why now? This is after they called me for a yearly appointment 4 months too early.which I only found out when I called to reschedule. They don't know how to run office. We will not be returning. Update... they told dad I couldn't go back because so many of the staff are sick. Excuse me, why are they at work. Great go to doc to get more germs."

"I am not impressed with waiting an hour as “urgent care” patient. I sat and watched 5 folks walk in with a routine appointment and I sat in extreme pain and got nothing. So, I told the young receptionist I was going to leave. She said I was next, but after an hour, I don’t think so. I left and recommended Northwest urgent care next to Culver’s. They saw me immediately and there were 3 folk’s already there."

"Not sure if they was trying to scam me for $100, when I have insurance. I was told the insurance eligibility rep was not available and so therefore would not be able to verify my eligibility and benefits. I’m like you can call and verify over the phone…duh!! Why would I pay for an urgent care visit out of pocket, when I’m already paying monthly for insurance. Sorry not your sucker today. Likely don’t have the staff and or capabilities for billing and coding or don’t want to bother with it. Lame… I don’t understand why it’s so hard to find a decent 24/7 urgent care in this area. How do places like this get licensed is beyond my understanding!"

"They didn't even clean my cut!! They took me in the back. The doctor opened up the cut on my hand twice and said. Keep it clean and put it bandaid on itr'll be just fine. I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up all night long. My body was evacuating itself because of an infection from my cut. When morning finally came, my hand was swollen, and it went to another urgent care. They told me I should have received stitches and a Technics shot. But the 12-hour window for me. Getting stitches was long passed, so they could not do that. They cleaned my wound, gave me antibiotics, and bandaged my wound up, followed by a shot.. Natasha was at the counter at this urgent care. She told me that my insurance only handled urgent situations outside of California. I think needing 3 stitches in my hand was an urgent situation. The doctor who looked at my hand didn't clean it. Bandage it or even suggest a shot. You should not be a doctor. This place should not be open."
