"The office staff determines who gets procedures and meds. Dr. Kosmary gave me injections in August and hit both sciatica nerves. My legs cramped up so bad, I couldn't walk, they told me it was unrelated. Because I had to sit most of the time, the muscles in my buttocks hurt so bad that I can't do anything. He ordered another injection, but his office staff hasn't even put in a referral with my insurance since October . All they do is collect from the insurance company and make you come back month after month. I would not refer anyone to them."

"I am a new patient of Dr Kozmary after 3 years with different PM doctors. I had all different kinds of injections and nerve blocks that gave me zero pain relief. I even had a nerve ablation that failed after 4 weeks. I had my left side injected with Dr Kozmary today after the right side a couple weeks ago. "I began coming to this clinic since shortly after we moved here 10/2020. They have never been close to on time for my regular appointments with the exception of one RNP. She no longer works there They have suggested a number of treatments. Only one has been approved by my insurance.. Today I was 15 minutes late. They refused me service even though . I come to all my appointments, I pay my billand have been patient when having to have waited over 2 1/2 hours for Nina I willbe searchingforanother provider.(there only RNP). . I have waited well over an hour, sometimes 2 to21/2 hours."

"I loved Dr Sutera... he never treated me like an addict seeking drugs, gave me the chance to prove myself when he provided me with pain meds while I had to fight with my insurance to get the stimulator, I no longer take the meds now that I don't need them. Dr Sutera was great, it's sad to see that he's no longer at this office. Add to that the fact that the office no longer accepts the AHCCCS part of my insurance (disability). With the doctor I was scheduled to see not being there & changes to my insurance, the office should have called to tell me not to waste my time coming back."

"Wow I have been here 3 times and everyone was so helpful. I was 30 minutes early , then it's a quick sign in and before I can sit down it's come this way the doctor will see you now. The girls are very friendly and always smiling, the service is a quick in and out. Doctor was great, talked me through my injection and with no pain it was over. So I would have to say all in all it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you for your treatment I give you 5 stars. Alby"
