"I absolutely love this office and the providers and staff but their answering service is something else. They don’t get my communication to the office and it always seems like a hassle everytime I call. I have even had one demand I need to make an appt without even listening to my concern. I asked to be transferred to the office to be told that someone would reach out back to me, only to find out they NEVER even talked to the office or notified them to call me. Again office and staff are amazing and are willing to help if the answering service would let them!"

"10/10 would recommend this office for all healthcare needs! after a year of back and forth with my old drs office and waiting over 1 month for an appointment with them, they got me in within the same week of me calling and finally got me my prescriptions i had gone almost a year without! I have no insurance unfortunately but luckily they offer low cost appointments and i only had to pay $35 for my appointment. Caroline was amazing and super friendly and actually listened to what i had to say and what my concerns were, and as a young woman that is so so so important to me."

"the office was very nice and clean and the medical receptionist/assistants were great and personable. my issue is that i was seen by jennifer and we spoke about some infection symptoms i was facing that i described to her and the medical assistant as a 10/10 for discomfort. Jennifer said she would prescribe me two medications to relieve the horrible symptoms i had. well a day later after suffering all night and day i had to call the doctors office TWICE just to be told jennifer never put any mention of our discussion in my note and never sent the prescription in. So i went all night and day dealing with this because she quit working here as a provider and basically said F U to me and my health. the office manager called and apologized but i don’t think an apology makes up for the amount of suffering i’ve been going through the last few days that MY provider who MY insurance pays was supposed to help with but didn’t. then the office couldn’t do anything about it because she didn’t do her job correctly and doesn’t work there anymore."

"My brother and I love this office. Jennifer is great. Very caring and knowledgeable. The staff is terrific. However, the checking kiosk is ridiculous. It's quite difficult for spme of the patients who have disabilities. I understand the staff is opposed to it also. And now they have an answering service during office hours!! They don't answer the phone, so what good is it?"
