"Dr. Walker was amazing and caring. Performed a thorough audiology exam and recommended the right hearing aid for me."
"Normally I have a terrible experience going to the VA for any appointment. But this time for my appointment on 01/27/23 was a way better experience. The entire staff working today was very friendly and helpful. I left with a smile on my face instead of leaving feeling like no one actually cared about veterans. Jill, the new lab nurse was so AWESOME! She is extremely friendly and made my experience very pleasant! Hopefully the VA has been reading these reviews and hiring better people...That seemed to be the case today as I didn't recognize anyone. My ONLY gripe today was that they still require masks."
"I’ve updated this post to now include the excellent care one would expect being a service connected veteran. I’m always treated with respect and enjoy the contacts I’ve made with this clinic. I would encourage this clinic to make a phone call to the front desk easier as often times you either have to leave a message or your call is forwarded to Salt Lake. That just doesn’t often times work very well."
"Generally, I have had positive results at this clinic. My only complaint it that it is a rare event for them to answer the phone. Calls are sent to the VA in SLC where you can wait for extended periods of time to receive assistance. I have found it best to just go to the clinic and see the folks at the front desk. Since they don't answer the phone, they will talk to you right away if you are standing in front of them."
"I should of read the google reviews on this. I was waiting 4 months just to get scheduled elsewhere in the VA and called this/Salt Lake location to be seen in St George. I made a ddst appointment no problem. A while after I setup the appointment since I was informed they could see me for Dr also today…I approved and set up a 2nd appt. Today I go in for labs before my appointment and then ask about my ddst appointment. I was informed I have none and they have no ddst in St George. My new policy regarding the VA is to avoid the VA at all costs."
