"I'm seeing a similar trend here. I went to Revere Health for a few years, primarily completing annual check ups. My last one, which was supposed to be 100% covered and my insurance claim reflects this, was evidently not fully covered. Now Revere Health has sent me to collections. I did move but don't have any record of this bill despite forwarding my mail. Additionally, I have reached out and left a message but they haven't return my call to remedy the issue. Not sure where the breakdown is here."

"My first experience was really positive, and I was really pleased. A year later I followed up for my (100% covered) annual exam and found my original doctor was no longer there. I scheduled with another, and though the visit itself was fine, after the visit was surprised to be charged the full price of a regular visit. When I appealed it, I was told I talked about 3 items outside of what my wellness exam covered (one of which was "allergies"). Not knowing what I can and cannot talk about in an annual visit to my doctor is superbly frustrating, and has me leaving for a different provider all together."

"Great service. Amazing doctors. Nice staff. But DIRTIEST AIR FILTERS I’ve ever seen. Especially for a medical office… oh my… how is air supposed to move through that? I’m sitting here breathing in COVID air that can’t escape because the filters are clogged. Someone needs to prioritize this."
