"DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS GOD AWFUL HOSPITAL!!! IF A ZERO STAR RATING WAS POSSIBLE ID DEFINITELY CLICK IT!!! Waited to be seen for 4+ hours! Then when I was finally able to get a bed I waited 3 more hours in pain while the doctor and nurses walked passed me as I cried for over an hour in pain! When a nurse finally noticed me, it was because I had taken my mask off because it was wet from my tears and nose. She then proceeded to get me a new mask and went on about her day. My nurse finally asked if I’d even told the doctor the reason for my pain and I told her that I told both her and the doctor everything. She then proceeded to disappear and didn’t come back so I left and went to PIMC for ACTUAL CARE. Finally found out that I’d caught pneumonia, the flu, a double ear infection and I had a fever of 103!!!"

"If you are not in the process of actively dying with death within the hour DO NOT COME HERE. Arguably One of the worst hospitals I have ever attended, had fractured bones and detached tendons and not only did they not diagnose anything, they gave me incorrect information about my xrays and wellbeing. The best part is they keep increasing the bill I paid when I left, I have paid all contracted services, Xray and Xray Interpretations and the hospital itself but the hospital keeps sending bill after bill always saying my last payment was simply a portion of what I owed with no indication that I would owe more to them for the room. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS DEATH IS CERTAIN"

"Quick and efficient care, great staff and care. The NP that attended me during my visit could not have been better. She was kind, understanding, direct, explained all very well, in short, she was the kind of provider I would want to have treating me."

"The very BEST hospital I have ever experienced!! The emergency room staff and doctors were outstanding and very devoted to giving the best care possible!! I came in with a severe copd flare up. Within 15 minutes I had an xray and was doing a breathing treatment. After drawing blood, I had couple of levels that they were concerned about. I had a ct scan and it showed pneumonia, didn't show up on the xray. The attention to the little things are what enabled me to get the care I needed right away. I was kept overnight and an additional day. The professionalism continued with the staff that took care of me. They all came in and introduced themselves and made it very clear they were there to make sure I got better as soon as possible. It really showed the level of care I received that they weren't just there for a paycheck. Thank you all so much!! God bless you!!"
