"Met with Arielle Sanger, seen an ER before her and the visit with her felt like she was just reiterating nothing seemed to be wrong on my charts so it should be going away shortly, needless to say I’m still suffering with annoying pain because she was dismissive and didn’t bother to do any real work with my issues. she sent me a scrip to do a couple blood tests and pretty much kicked me out. I shouldn’t have bothered. My mistake and won’t ever happen again."

"This is the closest Banner to our neighborhood in Anthem Merrill Ranch, and the provider here is really great, but the front desk receptionist named Theresa is absolutely horrid. Someone from Banner Health Administration should watch her on camera because she treats people so unprofessional and rude. I was letting an elderly couple go in front of me to her window and she was yelling at me, rolling her eyes and swinging her arms in the air while she yelled out, "hello" as if she didn't see this elderly couple walking in. The looks she was giving these poor old people, but as soon as her manager or a Provider walked by her, she changed her tone completely. This is the second time I have witnessed her acting in such a manner. What a complete discredit to Banner Health for having such an intolerable staff member like Theresa."
