"They suck . I had road rash from a dirt road on both of my arms , they never even wiped it off . They tried to get me to pay some 1100 dollar bill while I was still in the hospital and not very coherent . I told them my back hurts they didn't even look at that , but I think I have a problem in the middle of my back , feels like something is sticking out . OVERALL. THE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN . YOU SUCK"
"My vital signs were taken by a tech. The RN came in to interview me rushed my assessment she said she had another triage to do after mine. As a nurse I can understand her hurriedly interview with me. Her non verbal communication and facial expressions made me feel uncomfortable. If that were my family member in there I would have said something to her. She should know better! All other personnel were kind and courteous."
"I had a great experience at Florence Hospital. I was taken back to the ER within 10 minutes of arrival. Was treated very well and attended to promptly. The Doctor came in within 15 minutes of being in the ER room and he ordered several tests. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was treated with IV Antibiotics and steroids as well as given a nebulizer treatment. I was treated with respect and courtesy my entire 4 hour visit to the ER. I would recommend this Hospital to all my family and friends."

"The new stuff at the hospital or excellent they provided kind care and all the exams I needed unlike Banner health, but after a month they could not find out what was the cause of my tremendous pain. Thank you Florence hospital and thanks to the two doctors that provided the care and the awesome nurse, I am forever grateful. Very nice and kind."
