"First of all the staff including the physician, nurse, and MRI techs were very competent and so friendly. They wanted to know us not just our physical problems. The facility is calming. We were there 3 1/2 hrs without sitting in an ER waiting room. I was taken to my own treatment room. I would highly recommend this ER over the large hospital systems. They will make sure you get what you need."

"I typically do not like going to ERs due to my past experiences at many other hospitals, but I had the best experience here. There was hardly any wait time and it was a great experience from start to finish. The facility was also really clean. I felt that the staff actually listened and cared about me as a patient and didn’t brush off the things I mentioned. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. They did not make me feel uncomfortable or feel bad for coming in like what I have experienced at other places. I am hoping that I do not need to return but if my family and I ever need to, I am so glad that we are so close to this ER."
"Steve and team were very helpful, from check in, during my MRI, all the way to check out. Steve took the time to make sure I was comfortable in the MRI machine, it was actually an easy experience for me - and I had to do the IV with contrast as well. Racquel did a great job with the IV, again making sure I was comfortable. It’s a difficult procedure and I felt like I had helpful friends along the way to walk me through it. Highly recommended, very professional, great equipment. Was worth the drive from phoenix."
"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. I was only in the waiting room for about 5 minutes, which is unheard of in large hospitals! I felt heard and valued as a patient. The doctor’s bed side manners were impeccable. Everyone made me feel like I was my own best advocate and they were more than willing to listen to what I felt was best for me. I’ve never had such a good experience in an ER in my life. Highly recommend if you find yourself needing a hospital!"
