"I went to Phoenix ER for a bad knee. Was seen right away, sat down with the doctor and he recommended an x-ray which they did.. Had to wait about an hour for the results of the x-ray but from the minute I walked in the door up until I left, I had a very pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend this place. Much better than sitting in a hospital ER for hours. They do accept medicare now."

"I was in town on a work trip and experienced a medical emergency that required treatment and testing, this was my nearest emergency location. Not only were the staff people attentive, they were also caring and kind. The nurses and the PA on duty took great care of me. They were fast and efficient and very informative about everything I needed and what they were doing to take care of me. I had bloodwork taken, a chest X-ray and medical history taken within 30min. I went in at 3:30 and left by 6:30 with my medical emergency resolved, medication and follow up care. Highly recommend this place if you want to avoid big crowds and long wait times."

Originally I wanted an Ultrasound, but Phoenix ER staff recommended a CT Scan which ended up showing a ruptured appendix. Very happy with the staff at Phoenix ER.
