"They are scam artists at their finest. I went here for extreme abdominal pain. When I asked if they took my insurance they said they would worry about that later. I felt uneasy about this and after sitting on the bed said I did not feel comfortable accepting services if my insurance didn’t cover this visit as I am a teacher and do not make much. I apologized for wasting their time and left. I got a bill in the mail for $700. For what? Not sure as I did not receive any services. I attempted to call billing. Was hung up on 4 times. Finally got ahold of someone on the 5th try. Asked for an itemized copy of my bill. They said I’d receive it in 2 days. It’s going on day 9 and still nothing. I get a call and didn’t catch it. Saw it was them. 5:55 pm. I call back at 6:00 Hung up on again. Call back again. And get the automated message that they are closed. So they can call to ask about my payment which I’m sure is what they were after but they definitely can’t answer a call 5 minutes later. What a joke and scam of an establishment. They might as well be criminals with the robbery they attempt."
"Came here because my husband can't breathe, get dizzy, and cough. I went to the cafe to grab something to eat, was gone for 5 minutes while we were waiting. He went to the bathroom. The nurse came out and called his name. On the app that they have for the patient to see where they are online says that he was still waiting to be seen. He sat there waiting while other people were being called. I finally got tired of seeing people come in and go. So I asked them what happened to my husband being skipped, it was 3 hours. Got told that she came out and called his name twice, back to back, so he had to get signed back in and what some more because she put him down as not there. But again that app said that he was still waiting. He told me that he isn't going to wait no more to just go somewhere else. When the person at the desk heard him say that, that is when the app said that he had been discharged. That was the only time it had changed for him that whole 3 hours."
"November 2023 Now I am getting almost $5000 bill do not go to this hospital they are thieves the ones who own this hospital . I went here because I had a pain. They did a catscan . And they gave me motrin and a mild shot for pain."
"Fast check in & clean, everybody was nice too, I Seen doctor Anne burns, Nurse Jessica V& my discharge Nurse was Anna. I went in kidneys infection & had pain & felt weak & dizziness, not to well, so i wanted to get a Iv to feel better but the Doctor didn't want too, however just gave me tylenol , blood work came out great though, Glory to God."
