"This is an abandoned building with no signage to direct you where the services that still remain are available or to tell you which doors are functioning!"
"Clean, and good care. Historic place!"
"I wanted to switch my doctor within the group because I was not happy with the doctor I had been seeing. I waited two days for the office manager to call me back and I was informed I was not allowed to switch doctors because the doctor I have and the one I wanted to switch to decided it was not in my interest. I have no choice in picking my own doctor. I am expected to continue to see a doctor I am unhappy with and don't want after trying to switch. I am no longer with them and would recommend anyone considering this group to stay away."
"I gave it one star as i could not give it a zero! Filthy, dirty, incompetent staff and down right discussing. One staff member helped my wife and that was the only one. She needed her sheets changed on her bed and all they did was remake the bed. No phone available to call her husband to bring her hearing aid. Asked for her laundry to get washed. After the third time asking they finally did it. Upon discharge it was hurry up and get out of here. They didnt bring her the suitcase she arrived with. Finally a staff member tracked it down and brought to us. Never went over discharge instructions. We did not know about the next day appointment with our primary care doctor. Gave us enough prescriptions to last 15 days. Good luck on getting into your primary care in that time. Visiting hour is 6:30 to 7:30 but dont be there at starting time as they wait about 5 minutes and then herd you to the cafeteria and then by the time you get to see the person you're there for you have 45 minutes at best. Here's a simple tip: Clean the place, keep it picked up and be ready for visitors every day on time. Pretty simple things that are not accomplished!"
"Great BH medical center! The staff here are warm and inviting."
