"This is such a wonderful hospital! The doctors, nurses and entire staff are so kind, professional and go and beyond to help you. Shout out to Megan in the ER who went above and beyond to call and help us get the medication we needed. She is a Gem! I love this hospital!"

"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hospital. The staff are nurturing and helpful and extremely compassionate. If I am ever in need of medical attention again I will definitely drive the 30 minutes. Thank you for taking such good care of me."
"I find writing this review hard I think. There’s truly a lot that can be said about this hospital. On one end I have seen some of the best people and had some of the best work done on me here but on the other hand I have also seen some of the worst behavior and had some of the worst work done here as well. This hospital is truly a mixed bag I think. I’m going to be focusing on my last ER visit as it was the first time that I had seen things degrade so badly to the point that I was actually disgusted. I was admitted back in august of this year because I was struggling to function. I had been having nervous system issues for a while and they were getting worse. I was randomly blacking out and seizuring in my sleep for no reason. I had woken up in the morning and I just could do nothing. I couldn’t stand straight and my eyes were jerking and my ears were killing me. I had decided that I was going to have a family member take me to copper queen because the care is normally really good. Normally. I had randomly passed out in the truck and I had started shaking. When I was admitted from what I understand they had to put me in a wheelchair and wheel me in. The first thing that I remember was literally them drawing my blood. I was feeling rather hung over for some reason. At the time I was not aware that I was having seizures in my sleep I would just wake up feeling like I was hung over. The attending Dr that they had on staff at the time was Dr. Jack Rosoff. They measured my heart and my blood before they had me see him. He had walked in and I had explained to him everything that was going on and he sat there and listened. We talked about my mental health and the kind of stress that I was under. He asked for my Drs name and I gave it to him but he was unable to get ahold of her because she was out of the country at the time. I eventually asked if my relative could be brought in because she’s elderly and I didn’t want to leave her out there in the heat. He had disappeared for a while and then brought her back. They both sat down and then he proceeded to tell me that he felt that it was a somotaform disorder. I was floored. I was accused of being bored and looking for something to do. Then I was accused of being stressed followed by him claiming that my symptoms were anxiety. I asked him if he felt that I was making things up and he replied with no and that I was just bored before throwing his hands up. It's worth noting that I canceled 2 other appointments to be at the ER that day. I should have been at home resting until I had these appointments because I had surgery the day before on my right leg and it was advised to rest. I was advised that I should seek out therapy. I’m already in therapy and thriving well I think. He just kept opening his mouth and making one mistake after another. I was told that I walked in fine. I was carried in. Then I was told that my eyes weren’t shaking enough for it to be nystagmus. It was confirmed that I have dart nystagmus by my neurologist already. It was evident that he had no idea what he was doing but he kept acting like he did. I was told that I would be discharged. My family member and I had spoken while he took off and I was told that he had taken her to the side and asked if I was really blind. Its been a well documented thing for a while now. Been blind for well over a decade. We know why I’m blind. Yet he pressed her for more information because “blind people don’t navigate that well.” We navigate fine even with short vision if we have enough training. I have had plenty of time to adapt and thrive without much vision. He spent plenty of time grilling her for information on me before telling her that its all in my head. I was given forms claiming that my issue was insomnia and shown from the clinic. 1 specialist later it was found that i have cervical instability and disc degeneration causing swelling in my neck and putting pressure on my brain stem and other nerves causing inflammation and seizures. Don't come here. They truly don't care if you live or die"
"My husband has received outstanding professional care, with kindness and good follow up services since his two hospitalizations there. The courtesy and attention to detail is just excellent. Every staff member goes the extra mile to make sure your family member is given quality care, and to answer your questions."
