"Unlike my first visit, I came away feeling positive. I walked-in for tests, and was done within 2 hours! I was fully prepared for it to take the whole day. Staff were efficient and helpful. (Only downside: the bathroom smelled like a campground!) I feel better about upcoming appointments."
"I was happy with the doctor and the staff that did my procedure. But about a month later I received a bill from the hospital for $11,508.08. The hospital told me it wasn't a bill, it was a letter. I explained that it said the amount was "DUE NOW". Turns out someone coded the paperwork as being Worker's Compensation related, which it was not. I contacted Medicare and they told me to have the medical group call Medicare and get the proper coding from Code Provider and resubmit the bill. I did that last week with a written explanation on how to take care of it, but to my knowledge, nothing has been done yet."
"I just had my first baby, which was natural. Everyone at the labor hospital was excellent from the labor side, including the postpartum side. I had no problem with the nurses or even the doctors. I loved how amazing the hospital staff managed to keep all the staff in the loop and well informed with how i wanted my stay to be handled. From my birth plan, to preferences on how I wanted everything managed. Because during my labor I ended up neededing a lot of silence due to sensory overload which made it difficult to have nurses coming in during labor, so the nurses managed to come in and keep it as quiet as possible and make sure everyone who came in who didn't know knew before hand so I was as comfortable as possible. The food was really good for being hospital food It wasn't to bland or to plain which gave me the opportunity to have a healthy balance meal with some flavor and I loved that they had options especially because I just had my baby and I wasn't sure on what I wanted half of the time which really helped if I was having a taste for something else. I think the other thing I really appreciated was whenever I called for help or needed something the nurses and staff tried there best to make sure I wasn't waiting to long and that my needs were met or handled. I didn't wait no more then a couple minutes for help which was amazing to not be sitting for a while waiting for help like some hospitals typically do because they have other patients to help with. This hospital has an amazing system in place I noticed to make sure if someone needed something that someone was always available to help."
"This was my best experience in hospital care ever, though the admission office process was terrible. That’s the elevator discussion right there. The nursing staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about their procedures and were the best example for patient care. I was truly impressed with their attention to the patient and the care they provided. Absolutely wonderful. The doctors were on-point too. In my 70 years on this planet they diagnosed, treated and followed up on my recovery like THEY WERE THE PATIENT. Never before has this happened to me and I will always appreciate my experience there."
"My significant other and I have been here since 930 am it is 345 and we are still waiting for the discharge ! They did a CAT scan some blood work Urine test and that is it!! The nurse that was helping us not once washed her hands and she was not wearing any gloves at all not for the blood sample or the times she came in to give fluids. She stated theres other patients that are way sicker making us feel like we don’t matter. Also this has to be the dirties hospital I have even been to . Bathrooms smell like pee and they are filthy !! The walls in the rooms seem as they have not been cleaned for years !"
