"Took my nieces there and they said the employee's were on their phones the whole time. Most of the games were not working, the rock wall was blocked my other games that were out of order. They said please don't ever take us back there."

"Place was very nice, and people were nice. Laser tag was super fun. The VR was very good too, I liked the games. Price was reasonable."

"LASER TAG: We alway have a blast (my kids and their friends. The oldest is 20.) Lots of areas to dodge away. Very few camping sights and the few you might find can still get hit from at least two angles. Not as big as the one on the west side of Vegas but this one is 2 1/2 hours closer."

"Your child's experience entirely depends on the employees they have on staff at the time. If they are having a bad day or happen to not be good with kids then you may experience a problem. Manager seems unlikely or unwilling to call the parents after an issue involving your child so if you take the risk here be sure to check in on them to see how things are going. They have no formal complaint process or number to call besides writing a note on a blank paper and handing it to the manager that is likely part of the problem. Owners did not respond to a request to discuss."
