"If I could give 0 stars I would. We drive over an hour to go the vet here. We were ten minutes late, and even called to say we were running late. When we arrived, they said they had a very hard rule to not see you if you’re late. What???? Like…we called and said we were going to be late and they said OK. A mom with three children and a lab in her van for over an hour and they say, sorry, we refuse to see you!!??!! Horrible. Shame on you."

"Grooming appointments are becoming more and more difficult. In the past 4 months and today I’ve had 4-5 issues now. When you call in to schedule a service the people on the phone have been helpful trying to accommodate my schedule, however when it comes to the physical stores themselves have been a challenge. We have the groomer do a no call no show, multiple groomers calling to cancel, and couple times like today where they got over booked."
"Spent over $100 on aquarium decorations. Next day tried to buy a $5 Bala shark. Store manager refused to sell me one my 50 gallon tank was too small. And was flat out rude! Will never step into that store again! Take your business elsewhere!"
