"They gave us a good bid and we met with them. The meeting went great. It looks like they do great work. They had a lot of great design ideas and my wife and I really felt good after we met. Then it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. We were waiting on a design and layout for months. I emailed, called, and texted multiple times with no response. Finally Shawn answered and said he would have a design for me. Then 3-4 more weeks went by. I needed a layout for my HVAC guy so I called and emailed and called again and texted... Finally Shawn responded to a text and said he could meet with me that afternoon but could not get a design because he was going out of town tomorrow. Then, about 2 hours later he sent me a long text how he is too busy and couldn't do our cabinets. My house is already framed. This definitely left us in a tough spot and very unprofessional. I understand if he is busy and can't do it, but to string us along this far and then bail on us is disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone, which is unfortunate because it looks like they do quality work."

"Aspen Mill did all of the cabinetry for our new home. We found inspiration design ideas,and they were able to create exactly the look we wanted to achieve. They took the time to figure out what we liked and gave us options, while keeping us in budget. They have quality cabinetry (dovetail drawers) and they were always great about getting back to us with any questions we had. UPDATE 2018--while we are still happy with our cabinets--they no longer call back. I've referred them to several clients but not once have they returned any requests for quotes to any of my clients. I've also called for a quote (several times) for additional cabinets and they do not respond."
