"Amazing customer service from day one! I used the wrong form of payment the first time. Although it was the weekend, I was contacted quickly and the issue was resolved very fast. I received nearly daily updates and follow up after the mattress was delivered. We have yet to use the mattress but hope it's as amazing as the customer service we received from Draven.
