"I ordered 2 Winnie chairs and ottomans from the Scottsdale location. The in-store experience was great but the 'white glove' delivery was a nightmare. No communication, wrong contact information given to the delivery company by Yardbird and a missed delivery after waiting at home for 1/2 a day. Ended up having to cancel the order since they refused to commit to another delivery until 4 days later. Yardbird shouldn't try and blame a 'third party' deliverer when they chose to hire them. Plenty of other options exist so I won’t make this mistake again."

"Our first encounter with Yardbird was at the store in Royal Oak MI last summer while we were visiting family and friends in Michigan. We liked the quality & style of the furniture and the staff during our visit and we were advised there that Yardbird was opening a store in Scottsdale AZ close to where we live. We visited the Scottsdale store last November. We were able to see and sit in the collection of our choice. Bethany and Kevin were extremely helpful. They took the dimensions of our patio and sized the layout of our chosen set collection to make sure it would fit correctly. The visual provided was great as were their recommendations and product knowledge. We placed the order and received delivery of the entire set in less the three weeks. Delivery was made on the day specified on the order. Set up on our patio was included and the boxes were taken away by the shipping company. One of the best furniture purchases we have ever made.
