"Pascal at the Phoenix warehouse is a genius. I brought him my 1979 Balans Gravity chair because I couldn’t find the bolts to reassemble it after storing for a couple years. In 3 days he called to say it was reassembled. We LOVE Copenhagen and their employees. We have bought most of our furniture from them. Thank you Pascal for going above and beyond! It’s back on the floor to be used."
"Worked with Soheila to furnish new home in 2017. She was wonderful (and know that I've now bought 4 houses full of furniture in my lifetime and was a decorator)! We were building so she worked with me to get everything inventoried and shipped the day after close. As for the furniture, I searched high and low for a contemporary counter stool that was actually comfortable - the custom chairs I got did not disappoint! The dining table was pricy but well worth it. It's become my husbands new toy when new guests come to see the house (very practical since it extends with a turn of the gear handle). Dining chairs are very comfy and guests get a kick when they recline. Den couches are very hard - which is what we wanted. When we lower them for sleeping we need to use a foam topper - no biggie for a couch that converts to an XL-full (use full sheets). Delivery on these and other pieces was perfect. Really, I couldn't be happier!!!"
