Brain explained his family business (he and his two sons) was mostly for offices with many cubicles or desks. He took the time to describe all the workings of a fancy office chair and how they benefited the person sitting in it. He would order a single chair but deliveries were probably going to be delayed because of the supply chain and shipping issues.
