"Buyer beware of faulty merchandise! My husband and I have visited and enjoyed this store a number of times. On our last trip we purchased some metal art wall hangings, metal art and a base and lamp shade. When we arrived home, which is a long way from Scottsdale we realized the lamp was wired incorrectly and the light switch didn’t work. Today we were in the area so we brought proof of purchase and asked to exchange the base. The rude woman at the cash said it was past the exchange period and there was nothing she could do. She was not helpful at all and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Old Town! I guess her competitors will be benefiting from our future business as we won’t be returning!"

"Bought an awesome 3 x4 metal painting. When I went to install I learned that it has 1 and exactly 1 attachment point. When I called they said they just hung it directly on drywall. It’s 25 lbs, drywall is rated for like 5-10lb. So if you want a safe install you either at the mercy of wherever your studs happen to be, or you have to install your own cross member. Beautiful piece of art work with poorly thought out mounting. All that is needed to make this a five star experience is to add loop attachment points on the the outside protruding crossmembers just like is on the center one."

"Buyers be aware of price changes at register My wife and I purchased an entertainment console and coffe table at this store in Scottsdale. Price of console was tagged at 1120.00 My wife was paying as i was assisting with loading of furniture. The cashier charged 1235.00 as tag clearly had the price of 1120.00 for console. Yes it is the consumers responsibility to check receipt but i failed to do so till i was more than 50 miles away. Be cautious of of this dishonest way of taking advantage of unaware consumers. Definitely not a place to ever do business with again."

"My husband and I recently went there to purchase some tiles and furniture keep in mind we are from Chicago and came to Scottsdale a few times each year and this store was a must to go for us , we recently moved here permanently in the Scottsdale area, as we purchased our new home I was excited to redecorate we went to my favorite store, as we came i the store the girl at the counter ) which later on stated to us she was the owner) was on her phone and looked up at us and rolled her eyes because I Renton Had a baby and had a stroller with us. My husband and I looked at the tile first which was was going to purchase over 100 tiles I walked up to counter and asked the Owner do you happen have a box we could use since we are purchasing over 100 tiles! She looked at me like a just asked the worst question ever and said no they didn’t come with any boxes, I stated I’m sorry I was just asking for any kind of boxes so we could carry them out so they wouldn’t get chipped she went into the back and came back said so I don’t have anything for you, I stayed well I guess we will not buy any tiles today then ( they have a cave creek store which we just bought a lot of Merchandise from ) she looked at my husband and I and told us she didn’t like our attitude and to leave her store as she was screaming my husband and I looked at each other in disbelief . I am so sadden with how we were treated I loved this store it was a must when my family came to visit to go to, I have never been treated so badly I will never go back to both stores and we have spent a lot of money on these stores. Maybe it was because we had our baby in the store with a stroller that set her off but for a new mom I was excited to go to my favorite store but I will never go back, I rather give another local business who appreciates there customers our business BE AWARE don’t spend your money here it’s goes under appreciated I feel sorry for anyone who works under this owner!"
