"We weren’t expecting to shop at Bassett as thought the furniture are more traditional. Unexpectedly, we found their style are much more updated ( modern, clean lines) than before. The sofa are also comfortable and well designed with good height and depth proportion. The sales team is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We went in many times and they provided the same welcoming service each time. We just purchased an in stock sectional which will arrive in less than 3 weeks. Can’t wait to get it. David, the salesperson, was helpful in selecting the right fabric and cushion cores, focusing on comfort. The store was clean and well-organized, which made shopping there a good experience. "What a wonderful experience we had here. Live in California but stopped in to see if they delivered to where I live and they did, so I purchased a Benchmade dining room. Marci, David, and Kristy were great in helping decide finishes. They all had great ideas and rational for why I should get the finishes and configuration and since I had measurements put it in a floorpan right there on the spot!! I've read so many reviews and realize you have to be careful because so many people complain because they don't get their way then live a bad review, well, check this team out because they are phenomenal!!"
