"This is a rating on the unavailability of this business. I wish I could rate the actual service, but I'm not able to try their services given that they're closed randomly during their posted business hours on a regular basis with no explanation on their website or voicemail. I have been trying to get in for over a month. First, I drove up from Tempe 2x, both times before 3pm on Fridays, just to find the CLOSED sign in their door. Posted business hours were until 4pm. This was after I called them and the phone was not functioning. The 3rd time I called their neighboring business, and the sales person was kind enough to check that they were open, but only until 2pm, thus I had her leave my phone number to this business to be called back and work out something. Never heard back. The 4th time is the charm, when miraculously, the phone works, and it's by appointment only, which you can only do via text. Not customer friendly for working people. I'm willing to change my rating if they call me back, and give me a great service as I like to support small businesses."
