"Was about to inquire about a couch and was scolded by a worker for “noise”, storms out asking what is this noise and gives us a death stare and walks away. All because my children were with me and being normal kids that were just excited and commenting about how beautiful the Christmas tree was. Incredibly rude, will not return."

"Terrible experience. I would never recommend anyone go here. A guy came out and scolded us about noise. My nephew(5yo) was so excited to show us their lit Christmas tree, and all of a sudden, this balding older male employee walked out and exclaimed, "WHAT IS THAT NOISE!?" and abruptly walked back into whatever hole he crawled out of. Incredibly rude. We had our eyes on a couch on the first floor, but we'll take our business elsewhere."

"I think if there was an option for 0 stars I would have given that. Initial delivery date was Oct 28. I waited till Nov 1st week to get an update on the order/delivery. Then I dont receive any update on any info about change in that date. I had to call multiple times of which once I was told the date has moved and I would receive a call back on why the date moved and when the new date is. I waited for 3-4 days for call back and after not receiving a call back, I went ahead and called the store. I person taking the call was very rude and kept asking me to cancel the order if I wanted to. All I wanted to know was the new date and why the date has changed. Also during this call I got to know that the new date is end of December which is 2 months out from initial delivery date. The date of order was mid september so that makes it even worse. All in all, didnt like the communication about the delay and the way the customers are talked to. I have now canceled the ordered. I wouldnt be able to comment on the quality of the product but the service at the store is pathetic."

"We are HUGE Arhaus Fans. Loree Boldman is a dream to work with, highly professional, keeping us informed along the way. She works at this location, but she can get you anything you want from another nearby store or online. It sometimes take a minute to get orders, but is worth the wait when you are getting quality products and furniture, right? We have a home full of Arhaus furnishings and love them."
